Great support so it's perfect for the gym.It is infinitly softer than you wouldve ever thought imaginable. the bra cups move when you was them but that's for any top like this. great fit. This long line sports bra is more of a shorter crop top type top but has some support. Very comparable in quality and style so some of my lu** tops.
